I’m finding it hard to eat lately. The twisting pain in my stomach is strong. Too strong. And I think it overides the hunger pains. But I’m not stupid; I know I have to eat (especially as I felt faint at CrossFit today).

Full disclosure: I bought a tub of mint chocolate chip ice cream on Saturday.  And then I just sat there and ate it straight from the container. Half way through, I threw it out. It made me feel worse than I was. It made me feel fat. And fat + heartache = terrible combination.

So today. Today I decided (re: forced myself) to switch back to Paleo-style eating. I decided to eat healthy, and eat something. I decided to put effort into myself. And although walking to the grocery store, and up and down the aisles was somewhat awful, I made it. And tonight I’m going to make a big, paleo dinner, and eat it.
