I tend not to blog about my physical activity each day because I am L to the Azy. Lazy, and therefore embarrassed by my exercise routine, or lack thereof. All my weight loss so far has 100% been because of my food… yarrrr, so there’s that.
I should mention I go through phases in life, such as staying late at work, rising early, sleeping in, dieting, eating candy, buying lottery tickets, wearing heels, wearing flats, curling my hair, straightening my hair and exercise? yea… about that.. it’s never been a phase.
I know this needs to change; although weight loss is mostly food, I know the benefits are huge to actually moving my butt every now n’ again. I’ve signed up for a 5k April 27th and have made it a goal to run a half marathon by my 27th birthday.
So there you have it. I’m really going to try and get my ass into motion and you guys will most likely hear all about it. I’m also trying to work on my ‘phase’ issues by learning that eating right and staying active is a lifestyle NOT A PHASE!! (Yes, capitals and boldness were needed as I have to yell that to myself constantly)
