Liz: So this is an awkward question...
Trainer: Yea...?
Liz: You keep telling me to "flex my abs," but really, I don't have any, and I don't know how to flex my non-existent abs. So I just suck in when you tell me to "flex"...
Trainer: **placing hand on my stomach** Flex
Liz: **trying not to die, as omigod there's a hand on my stomach, tries to "flex"
Trainer: You're doing it naturally, you're fine
Liz: Huh, really?!? How about that... I really always thought I was too big to flex.
