Oh you. You’re such an observant blog reader, I’ll tell you why my whole body hurts as I type this little note to you (hush you, let’s pretend you asked). It’s because someone **cough-cough ME!! cough-cough** was exceptionally awesome this morning and rolled out of bed at the time of 6:00am to head to CrossFit. I know, right? WHO AM I?

I am feeling infinitely better than I did yesterday. Nausea – be gone! Although. Ask me again at 3pm today, as that’s when it usually kicks in.

I am meeting two of my favourite ladies for dinner tonight (hence the morning CrossFit session), and Miss Amy for lunch today. It only took, what? 10 months, but I am fully invested in this little, life I lead in Melbourne. Pretty sure I’m going to cry all the tears and then some when I leave.

Matt has informed me that we will be away the weekend after my birthday. Hmmmm. It’s like I LOVE & HATE surprises all at the same time. Also, Matt is doing Movember. My boyfriend’s mo-stache is sexier than your boyfriend’s. False. There is no such thing as a sexy mustache.

I have got six *holds up 6 fingers to screen* compliments since I started the paleo. Oh happy day! They make me blush and get all happy inside.
Anywho, I know I’ve become obsessed with this Paleo business lately, and I feel like such a bore when I blog these days, but I am utterely impressed with my own dedication & the results. Some days I think to myself, “my god, this could be it!” but then I smarten up and remember I’ve said that before… but onwards, and downwards, life is good.
