Day 1 (of phase 4,938): Nailed It. 

  • 8.5 hours of sleep (thankyouverymuch)
  • Salad for lunch (280 calories)
  • 2 litres of water (spent the day in the pee-parlour; coollife)
  • Kicked ass at work (obviously)
  • Nearly threw up at crossfit (Tonight’s WOD found via my tweeter-tweeter; tough)
  • Chicken | Veggies for dinner (407 calories)
  • Hit “Complete” on My Fitness Pal (first time in ages I actually logged dinner)
  • Total calories consumed today: 1,400
  • Now? Homeland (OMG OMG OMG) while I wait for Matt to come over
