Gah. Okay. Hi. So…

You guys, tonight I dead-lifted 100kg!!!!! Okay. Yes. Right. For you North American People. I dead-lifted 220 pounds!!

Wahoo!!

I only rocked up to crossfit tonight to use their awesome foam rollers as my thighs were a little tight from yesterday’s half marathon, but then somehow I ended up doing most of the WOD (Work Out of the Day).

And BAMN!
