I’ve never been good at pre-making my lunches. Never ever. I blame being too lazy the night before, and/or simply not having enough time, and/or no ideas, and/or I really (not-so) secretly like eating out, which obvs doesn’t give me much motivation to pack a lunch.

But….

As I’ve been on a ‘Yo-Save-Your-Money-Now’ self imposed challenge requirement , I’ve been forced to face reality and ensure I do not buy my lunch more than once or twice a month.

Which means… ta-da (view photo above, otherwise the ‘ta-da’ won’t make sense).

I’ve started bringing everything I need for my Monday to Friday lunches to work on Monday morning. I leave all my goods in the fridge, and then bada bing, bada boom, I don’t have to think about my lunches throughout the week.  Easy peasy.

The whole mixture of healthy deliciousness costs me $18 for the week ($3.60/lunch!!), and it goes down like this:

Spinach leaves

Cherry tomatoes

Olives

Feta cheese

Can of tuna (sometimes I bring chicken or steak to spice it up)

Balsamic

Thought I’d share, because, well, that’s what I do :)
