And with this morning? I’m all moved into my little, Victorian home - Oh happy day!!

It’s rundown, small, has gorgeous details from the 19th century, yellow walls, sky high ceilings, a picket fence, is in the heart of Carlton (Little Italy) and (the best part) it is $439 cheaper a month than my last place.

Wa-hoooo!

I’m so excited to be living in a house again (as opposed to a box in the sky), be a hop & a skip to the beautiful Lygon or Brunswick streets (food and stores galore), be living with two new ladies my own age, and feel comfortable about money.

It’s always a hard thing to actually kick yourself in the butt, and say enough is enough, and take the needed steps to downgrade one’s living circumstances, but I can’t stress enough how pleased I am I (finally) did it.

Let Part II of my Melbourne adventure begin (and this time, with $$)!

Also, huge (HUGE!) thank you to Matt, for helping me move. I have no idea how I would have done it otherwise. xo
